Great Location and Friendly Staff

I liked the family room. It had a very nice balcony. I saw st peter basilica from it. The staff was friendly! The location worked great for me. Everything was walkable but the train and bus stop near the hotel made airport transfers easy.
The shower sink blocked quickly. After a short time, small worms looked through the sink hole. I found this experience disgusting.

awesome stay near vatican!
good locationhelpful staffclean roombad ventilation
the location is fantastic close to the train station and bus stops i found the staff super helpful offering tips on getting around i really liked the breakfast it had a good variety including muesli fresh fruit and italian bread our room was spacious and clean i felt very secure there
the room ventilation could have been better i noticed a slight odor in the bathroom which detracted from the overall experience soundproofing could also be improved as i heard noise from outside

the reception staff provided extensive information on local transport including bus routes and metro lines they recommended several good local eateries and made getting around super easy plus staff was nice and polite

the hotel has a convenient location near the train station it is also close to a bus stop the cappuccino was excellent and the breakfast buffet had various options like muesli yogurt and fresh fruit , made it perfect

The hotel has a convenient location, near the Vatican. A supermarket is nearby, this was useful. The design of the hotel is beautiful, I liked it.
The shower drain was blocked, this was not good. The breakfast service took place in the basement. The mini-bar in the room was small.
